What kind of tickets can I purchase online?
The following tickets are available for purchase online:
- Rental skate tickets
Eligibility for discounts must be verified with the appropriate certification upon entry.
What should I do if online payment is not working for some reason?
Please try later, or purchase your ticket on-site.
How will I receive my online ticket?. When you have completed your purchase, we will send you a verification email to your email address with your ticket containing a QR code. If you can print your verification email, you can use it to enter the Premises.
What should I do with my online ticket at the entrance?
You can show your printed ticket, or the online ticket directly from your mobile phone to the security staff in the lounge. Tickets will be scanned, and the entry system will let you through the gates.
What if my printed ticket is destroyed?
If the QR code is illegible, you will still have your ticket sent by email, which you can use to enter the Ice Rink.
What should I do if I have not received my e-ticket by email?
Please check whether your purchase was successful and if the purchase price was debited to your account. You can check if the verification email was forwarded to the Spam folder. If you are sure that the transaction was successful and the email has not arrived, please let us know at email@example.com by providing the data used for your order so that we can identify your purchase.
What if I accidentally delete the verification email from my incoming messages?
Please check in the trash folder first whether you can restore the email. If this does not work, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org by providing the data used for your order so that we can identify your purchase.

I purchased the wrong type of ticket, how can get it changed?
We do not change online tickets. In this case the ticket has to be cancelled at the cashier, and you will need to purchase a new ticket.
Will I get separate customer support at the rental counter if I purchase my rental ticket online?
You can access the rental counter through the skate attaching area and the locker room, and you will receive your rental skates via a separate line.
How many times can I enter with my daily ticket?
You may use it for one entry and one exit.
Do I need to pay separately for the locker?
No, it is included in the ticket price.
I don’t have skates, can I rent them?
Yes, you can purchase rental skate tickets at the cashiers and online as well.
Are there courses for 3 years old children?. We have separate courses for children between 3 and 5; they can attend a 35-minute course on Saturdays and Sundays at 10.30, 11.15, 12.00am, 12.45pm.
Are there skating courses for adults as well?
Yes, adults and children above 5 can attend a 50-minute course on weekdays at 5.30 and 6.30 p.m., or on weekends (and during winter school holidays) at 10.30, 11.30, and 12.30 a.m., and 4.30, 5.30 and 6.30 p.m.
How can I apply for a course?
Enter through the main gate of the premises and purchase a ticket, because courses can only be accessed at the ice rink level (attaching room) at the educational information counter.
How much does a course cost?
Tickets for the course cost HUF 1200.
I do not skate, only accompanying my child. Do I need to purchase an entry ticket?
Yes, everyone needs to purchase an entry ticket, whether they are skating or not.
Why are there no accompany tickets?
People entering the premises of the ice rink must purchase an entry ticket, just like at any other recreational facilities, museums or theatres.
I fell and only found out at home that my arm was broken. Can I still receive insurance? Accidents at the premises of the City Park Ice Rink are covered by insurance for visitors holding a valid ticket and whose accident is recorded in an accident report by the permanent medical on-call service at the site

You will need to wait until closing time to receive your property from the wardrobe, if you can verify the deposited items belonging to you.
What if I have lost my wardrobe ticket and someone else found it, and took my clothes? You will have to submit a report to the police against an unknown offender. Please look after your valuables.
Where can I park?
In a public space at the designated area.
Can I rent the Ice Rink for an event?

Does the ice rink open when it’s raining or snowing?
Yes, we are open in all weather conditions.
How many times can I use the wardrobe for my bag?
The ticket covers one deposit and one retrieval of bags.
